Creating the ESO Strap.

I was an apparel designer for years before deciding to create and market a product of my own. It always felt odd to put my heart into a creative concept only to give it to the company I worked for, in return for a paycheck… Art is such a personal endeavor to have it owned by someone else. However, the silver lining was that I was fortunate enough to work for companies both large and small, which enabled me to build an eclectic portfolio of design work.  One of the companies I worked for designed high end camera straps. I found this to be one of the best jobs I had because it was fun to design products that enhance...

Company Spotlight: Prisma Guitars

This year at NAMM we were fortunate enough to meet guitar builder, Nick Pourfard from San Francisco, CA. It was incredibly rewarding to meet all of our customers, new business partners and Instahomies. Looking forward to a big year in 2016. Thanks again! ESO Strap

Am I Good Enough to Join a Band?

There are a lot of musicians out there who choose not to join a band as they think they are not good enough… Who cares! Just do it, at the very least you will get WAYYYY better. I am writing this to encourage people who play casually or alone to seek out other musicians to jam with. The fear of not being good enough or simple lack in motivation is no reason to not join bands. Nothing compares to the feeling you get from practicing or performing with other artists. It’s like speaking a language that only musicians understand; and having amazing conversations in that language. It’s awesome!  At one point in life I found myself in this rut. I...
