Achieving BIG Sound in a Home Studio

Technology has a done a lot for the home recording artist. However, it still requires both patience and persistence to accomplish a studio quality sound. Creating the ESO Strap.

I was an apparel designer for years before deciding to create and market a product of my own. It always felt odd to put my heart into a creative concept only to give it to the company I worked for, in return for a paycheck… Art is such a personal endeavor to have it owned by someone else. Company Spotlight: Prisma Guitars

  This year at NAMM we were fortunate enough to meet guitar builder, Nick Pourfard from San Francisco, CA. I have been playing guitar for a long time and consider myself a gear nerd, but had never heard of his product. His company Prisma builds premium guitars out of recycled skateboard decks! Many people think that skateboards are made from plywood… The truth is they are manufactured from exotic woods like hard rock maple. This is the perfect specie for a premium guitar. Nick draws the inspiration and direction for each piece, from the colors that begin to come through during the reclaiming process. The Northwest Makes You a Better Musician

Ok maybe not better but definitely more productive. One thing all of us here in the Northwest know is that when the sun is out you better enjoy it. The summers are like Christmas morning for 2-3 months straight. Everyone becomes full of contagious energy, because we can finally enjoy outside without wearing a jacket! Everywhere you go is lush and green due to the winter rainfall, which adds an amazing backdrop to any activity. It’s awesome. NAMM Show 2016

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us in our first year at NAMM! Since launching in August of last year, we have come a long way, and this event made us realize that we have built a brand and product, people now know and love.
